The Helix Process

 

Imagine an invisible line that extends from your crown area coming from above you, extending itself through your body down to your feet literally into the earth.

In some places this is known as a Hara line, but nevermind the terminologies it's irrelevant, what is relevant is the connection that will be worked in your body so that you are constantly connected to your inner being, your physical body and the connection of your heart.

Within this connection lies your intuition, your information and a new way of being present on this planet of ours.
